This vintage Saks Fifth Avenue cocktail dress is so much prettier in person, but it is a lovely tone on tone black polka dot silk fabric that is flat pleated in the front towards towards two double crescent moons embellished in rhinestones at the center of the bust and hips. The dramatic puff sleeves are gathered and rouched and the dress closes with a back zipper and a hook and eye. We love the double crescent moon rhinestone embellishments in the front.
